FAST FORWARD
Finally ending my hiatus with a few pictures of what you guys have missed in May-June 2011.
I will definitely be back, blogging full-time now because I sort of miss the feeling of satisfaction when I click on "Publish Post". However, today's entry will be short and sweet. Firstly because I'm tired and I need to complete a report and send it by 12am before I can finally enjoy my Friday with my SISTAZZZZZZ. Secondly, I do not want to overpower you with my awesomeness, thanks.
1) Mango Sticky Rice is the best dessert ever. Heck, I'll eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I find it really sad that it's a friggin unpopular dish in Singapore. The only place that I can think of which sells this is Bali Thai. And it's not even that nice.
2) I quit my job at my father's company. I think things will be pretty awkward if I ever step into the office. But I am forever grateful for the opportunity given to me to work there. Simply because, everyone treats me well there and also due to the valuable experience I've learnt. But sadly, I just had to terminate my contract early because I was just mentally EXHAUSTED there. Still grateful for it though!
3) Went to Phuket with my parents and their friends. Had many FIRSTS there. First time eating a banana pancake. First time para sailing. First time entering a cabaret (which was ran by ladyboys, if you know what I mean). Can't believe I paid about SGD8 for a blurry picture (below). But still, it was friggin fantastic. Phuket is definitely one of the places that I'd like to visit again.
4) Finally starting on my driving lessons after passing my BTT. Was freaking out the weekend before my test because the passing score was anything above 44 over 50. Which is stupid if you really think about it. When I was in JC, the passing score was anything over 40 upon ONE HUNDRED. Then again, maybe it's to sieve out the experts from the idiots. A huge-ass thank you to Nadia for accompanying me to Ubi and waiting for almost an hour while I took my e-trial and actual BTT. Thought I was gonna to fail actually. Suffered a huge migraine on that day, could not even see a shit in my right eye. But that girl believed in me and thank God, I manged to pass BTT. Perfect score somemore, mind you. HAHAHAHA Sorry, couldn't help boasting because the last time I had a perfect score in anything was five years ago. So yes. I'm gonna own the road one day!
5) Met Shuyin and I am so pleased because I sincerely thought she's ignoring me because I'm not cool enough for her or something. HAHAHAHA But I'm glad we did meet up, ate what we ate, discussed whatever that was discussed ;) SEE YA TMR MY JUSTIN BIEBER SISTAL!
